Formulari A1 plotesohet nga maturantet e ketij viti per t’u regjistruar ne provimet e matures dhe per te zgjedhur provimin me zgjedhje.
Formulari A1Z plotesohet nga maturantet e viteve te kaluara te cilet duan te regjistrohen ne universitet kete vit.
Datat e plotesimit te A1 jane nga 3-10 shkurt sipas vendodhjes ndersa A1Z plotesohet ne 11-12 shkurt.
